Bob Lasswell is the owner of Appraisal Machine and the primary Appraiser for the firm. Bob has been appraising residential homes since 2001 and is a California Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Bob has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Masters Degree in Business form Santa Clara University. Bob is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson by the State of California Department of Real Estate, a REALTOR®, and has taken continuing education requirements to earn the GRI designation.

Melissa Graham is a principal Appraiser for Appraisal Machine. Melissa is a Certified Residential Appraiser and Associate Member of the San Diego Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. In addition to residential properties, she has deep experience in Appraisals for Trust, Probate, Estate Planning, and legal interests.  Melissa is a graduate of Black Hills State College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Melissa has accumulated appraisal experience with several of the largest and most respected firms in San Diego. Melissa is the owner of Graham Appraisal and works from their office located in Pacific Beach which she shares with family members, husband and son, Graham Architects.
